To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some restrictions apply. Consumable goods such as printer toner, and paper, etc. are not eligible for return/exchange except in cases of manufacturer defect. Gift cards and downloadable software are also not eligible for return or exchange.
To complete your return, DOWNSVIEWTEK. requires a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the original manufacturer.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation. The email will also confirm the status of your refund request. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
